Wallet stolen in reception area. No security in the hotel nor in entrance where homeless alcoholic man very ill was basically living.

Good property in good proximity from Palma Town Centre. Excellent breakfast selectiom and staff very friendly. Pool area got very busy and drinks were quite expensive in the hotel, but lots of other bars and restaurants within walking distance if having a lazy day :)

Lovely and clean, and had a great balcony area! Easy to grab taxis, and there were many dining spots around.

The staff are unreal here. The service for drinks and food was exceptional. Tips- the balconies are really low. If you have a fear of heights or don't like being high it's definitely better to get a lower floor. Great hotel and would recommend.

Excellent location and lovely pool to sit by with a coffee

When we got there, we were asked to pay an additional fee for a second person even though the room was listed as a double room. When we got to the room, it looked nothing like what was pictured, old beat up furniture, stained upholstery, old bathroom, not cleaned in detail, Cracked tile and spaces in the wood flooring, the freezer in the mini fridge was frozen and over flowing. Just overall not good. Falsely advertised. Looks as if they may have updated some rooms and used those for the photos. Definitely would not ever stay again. I have some photos to post but realized the others I took were uploaded directly in the chat with hotels.com when I was trying to report this upon arrival

I've rated service 5 because I believe the staff were great but there needs to be a more clear check-in check-out system - that was a nightmare

Just shocking! My son (13 years old) ordered fish and chips for dinner (cost €24) and received uncooked fish half frozen inside (see pic). Luckily we’ve noticed but this could have easily give him a bad food poisoning. When we said something they just re-cooked the fish. Still charged us and no care!!! When I went to complain at reception I was told there is no manager around and no one in charge is available????? So again no care. We’ve also had to change rooms during our stay because of an awful smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. We’ve complained - someone came to spray something in the room which did not help at all. It was literally like being in an awful public toilet! When we complained again - no manager, no one to help. So I left messages to be contacted by email - 4 days later and nothing! Awful!! DEFINITELY NOT A 4* HOTEL. Shocking service and restaurants chef can’t cook but still happy to charge. Could do with better clean too

A nice hotel in a great location for exploring the City and the Island.

Nice hotel. Great location. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice with aircon that works well. The bathrooms are not very modern and maybe could benefit from some renovation. Overall, I’d recommend it and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Property was clean, breakfast was so good!!! Food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner could be better but there are restaurants all around. Our room was very tiny but clean, we also enjoyed coming into a cool room after the heat outside. 100% will stay there again, front desk staff not so friendly, may be language barrier, the pregnant lady we saw at check in was very nice, others, not so much.

Hotel was nice and spacious. Not enough sunbeds around the pool and people reserving sunbeds by the pool is a joke Other than that rooms were nice and clean and close to everything we needed

Fairly good price for basic room considering being peak season. Quite far from shops and less touristy food and drink options.
