Excellent location, walkable to all the major monuments, very friendly staff

Great staff but small room with a fairly dated bathroom. It was a nice location but the room wasn’t up to our standards nor the front of house hospitality

Historic, beautiful, friendly and knowledgeable staff combined with reasonable rates will bring us back any time we visit the city. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location a few minutes walk from the old town and the fact they have parking on site is a real bonus

Unfortunately we were allocated a room with an underperforming air conditioning system and unable to open windows due to road noise. Allocated a replacement room very quickly an£ without any fuss or delay

This is a wonderfully unique property right in the heart of Salamanca. You can walk to everything and the staff was very helpful.

Great base for a visit to Salamanca. Beds were very comfortable and our small dog was made welcome. Salamanca is a very beautiful cultural city and well worth a visit. My only criticism would be regarding the quality of the food in the hotel restaurant. As it was Good Friday the hotel restaurant was our only option . It may just be our individual taste but we did not enjoy the food in the restaurant for dinner or breakfast.

Liked the architecture, esthetics, building quality, luxury room space, and amenities. Staff was professional and helpful, especially Leo and Paulino.

This place was awesome. Close to everything you want to see. The folks at the desk were very helpful. Salamanca is beautiful day and night.

Amazing stay! We had the dreamer room; spectacular views of the basilica and another view of the convent! Breakfast was wonderful and staff exceptional! Thank you Angel for all your help! Perfect location inside the historic walls.

A stopover en route home from the Algarve. A very easy hotel to find with adequate parking. Staff are exceptional. Restaurant is superb and the breakfast offers freshly made hot meals. An excellent stopover in a beautiful city with easy access to shops and centre, both within 5 min walking distance even for 80 year olds.

The exterior and the entrance are spectacular. The gentlemen at the reception were also nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the room itself was a disappointment, especially the beds: both very squeaky, the mattresses old and laid through. You literally cannot turn to not wake up the other person, and you are most likely guaranteed to have a back pain in the morning. The bathroom is also outdated, with water damage everywhere, and completely rusted heater… Something I would never expect from a 5-star hotel.
