The hotel was okay, and the staff was friendly, but the pests (mosquitoes and other insects) made the stay uncomfortable.

Workers would tell us to go outside because they are cleaning. The breakfast area is poor limited food,coffee machine and limited drinks. Taxi is extremely expensive. This hotel has a shuttle bus to the mall and to Rome Italy at a price. Not walkable

The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. We had an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was really nice of them. The restaurant options were not great, but the food was tasty.

The restaurant here is awful! The staff were nice but very unorganized and didnt have good communication between them. The internet was also down the whole time we were there. I was expecting a nice last night in rome but it wasnt a great experience.

Our stay was more then we expected. The Hotel was perfect. Great food, wonderful pool to relax, and the cleaniness was in surpassed from other areas we stayed while visiting Italy.

i found this hotel very good based on price and location, this hotel is like 30-40 min away from downtown Rome but at the same time is quieter for a good relax after coming from Rome with lots and lots of people and cars . Customer service especially at the front desk ( Camila) was excellent, the restaurant was good as well, the service and the food they serve there is very good . the brrakfast buffet is ok not awesome but ok . The rooms are clean they have all amenities needed , the beds are cozy. i would recommend also not to rent a car in Rome as there are not parking places in Rome centre, just Uber your way there for peace of mind :)

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – a delicious spread with plenty of variety, including both local and international options. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, Sheraton exceeded my expectations. The overall stay was fine. The location is close to the airport and environment is actually good. The hotel rooms and amenities are premium but kind of old. We went for a business trip and overall experience was good except from arrogant receptionist named Francesca.
