Feels more like a 2 star motel, lacking in quality compared to other properties by the brand. Cleanliness was satisfactory rooms could use refurbishing. Staff was friendly. At over $250 a night I’d expect a bit more.

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast standard but good. Great coffee! Hotel staff very nice and friendly. Bathroom was tiny though. Smallest i have ever found in a hotel. There is an unusual system for having your room serviced. Supposed to hang a card on the door if you want housekeeping with the hours you want it. I must have done it wrong 2 days in a row because every eveni g when we returned to the room the sign was gone but housekeeping never serviced the room.

I didn’t like that it was dated in the rooms

I like the convenience on distances for my purposes.

Not as expected

There was great shopping in the area. Restaurants, Whole Foods, and other stores were walking distance. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room, though, had a damp towel/carpet smell. We wish the property had a pool, but the 24 hour complimentary refreshments and breakfast were greatly appreciated 😊

Appreciated a one bedroom suite with a door between the bedroom and the living room sofabed.

The only thing that needs to be taken care of, is the mag locks on Bldg 2. They were not working so the bldg was never locked.

A decent property, nothing fancy. An OK breakfast, very friendly staff. I'd stay there again.

There were no grab bars in the shower.

This hotel was very tired. Carpet in the room was wrinkled, not laying flat. Bed was very soft and well used. It was just OK.

place was clean. a/c very noisy. staff didn't care, claimed all rooms have the same noisy a/c. really?

Very clean - good value!

The night manager was a huge help, I had accidentally made 2 reservations not knowing my first one proceeded and he was such a help in getting it resolved and making sure I wasn’t charged twice. The hotel was great and in a great area with tons of restaurants and activities in surrounding area. Will be my new go to when in the area.

The employees here work very hard to make everything clean, comfortable and welcoming!
