Bed is so hard and breakfast not so good.

The front desk staff was always helpful. The property needs better maintenance. The room service needs improvement, since they wouldn't restock used items reliably.

Staff took care very well when I asked scanning of the documents.

Unfortunately I did not choose the right hotel to stay in São Paulo with a two years old kid. Our stay was of 6 days in there. I could not make a bottle as they don’t have baby station area to wash up bottles and make fresh ones. The cleaning ladies are nice but they don’t clean everyday. In the reception the staffs seams not happy with their jobs there was one lady that was kind Stephani. In Alphaville there are so many options of good hotels to stay next time I will definitely not choose Confort Suits.

Treble breakfast

I reserved a double queen bedroom and reception was telling me that there is no room with queen beds available. Absurd.

The room have a perfect size, breakfast good, great bathroom and everything works fine. The only to consider was the internet that could be a little better.

The Hotel was in good area with good bars and restaurants, there are transport links to local facilities

Great location, good value and large rooms with solid wi-fi. Front desk was very accommodating with early check in and late check out, which was needed coming from/heading back to the US

Basic business hotel. Room large and functional. Breakfast below average for Brazilian hotel. Thermostat was not functioning - A/C either running constantly or not at all. Bed hard and sheets uncomfortable.

I stayed in the hotel for 14 days. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasurable. I don't speak Portuguese but the staff was very accommodating in every way, going above and beyond. They remembered my name from the very first day. When I return I will definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Tatiana, Ruebens, Santiago and Wilma. - Mark

Camas confortáveis, o ar condicionado estava funcionando bem, assim como todos os outros eletros, agua quente tanto no chuveiro quanto na pia, café da manhã excelente, e serviço de quarto excepcional.
