Morning breakfast was no different than anyother hotel unless you get into a five star resort

Staff is awesome.

For how expensive it was to stay here it wasn’t worth it, the building and rooms are dated, the second floor hallway had a different weird smell every time we entered it, and the mattress was a box full of springs, no padding or comfort. Super uncomfortable and unfortunate. They’re banking on location alone, nothing else is worth it from this hotel, might as well spend the extra money for a decent bed.

Great place to stay! Front desk have the kindest staff, especially Diana. Housekeeping are amazing and set sweet. Really nice breakfast and there is so much around the property.

Good breakfast

Had dirty laundry and food laying around with no room service. The receptionist at check in was rude. The hot tub was broken. But at least it’s cheap and conveniently located near the freeway and shopping center. Probably wouldn’t come back if I had a choice.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again.

No complaints

Room was clean. The mattress felt good (not lumpy or too soft). Bathroom is well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner (smells really good) and body lotion. Staff were friendly, especially the one in charge of the dinning room and the set up of the continental breakfast. The breakfast was well worth booking the place for. The location of the establishment is good. Lots of eateries and few dessert options near. There is also a nice park near the area for families and little ones. Highly recommend booking the place for your next trip out in the area.

Quite, close to freeway, gas , restaurants and supermarkets

The dining area was supposed to be close for dinner, but the front desk was kind enough to let us use it for our group dinner. We cleaned up after.

the staff was great. the dirty water in the hottub was a huge star reducer. I understand that it was out of order, but it needed to be drained or covered with something. My son loved the breakfast!

Perfect

I had to ask for clean sheets after checking in and pulling the bed covers back. Bed covers also had soil spots … we didn’t use them. Carpet was disgusting to walk on. Towels were old and over washed and overused.

There were many people arguing in the hallway at 1:00 am. The dining room was tiny, not enough places for people to sit.

The staff was very pleasant at check in ,the room was spacious enough for our family of 5 with multi beds .The stay was pleasant so far
