The front desk staff are very helpful and professional!

Very nice staff and well appointed hotel. Air conditioning turned off during the night, however. Also, beware of room 216 and maybe all of the second floor rooms. There is a rooftop bar and I started hearing voices and the sound of hard soled shoes on tile through my ceiling in the early morning hours. I did not notice during the day, but it woke me up late at night.

It does not have air conditioned, and it was hot. I opened the window and it was a lot noisy

Great instalations and confortable accommodations. Great view on the Rooftop Lounge. Worth it.

The area was vibrant and did not feel overly touristy. The staff at the hotel were all excellent in their professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the area when we asked questions. I am also so grateful for the valet parking as parking in the area would have been a challenge . One drawback for me personally was the lack of a handicapped bathroom (I wear a prosthetic) but as we were traveling by car and I know this is common in most historic buildings, I brought a shower chair with me and made due. The view of the square from our balcony was great and bonus flock of Quaker Parrots living in one of the trees in the squares were beautiful to watch flying around .

Good location to town center although too far from airport and train. Small lobby area. No restaurant but a private restaurant is next door.

Great place!

Clean characterful and excellent location. The thing that let the hotel down was the poor breakfast for a four star hotel. no fresh fruit or yoghurt, poor choice of food and bread. The staff were also very unhelpful, we were never asked if we wanted anything cooked we had to approach staff, but it was only a choice of poached egg, fried egg, and omlete. I have stayed in many four and five star hotels and this has possibly been the worst breakfast.

Comfortable, clean and appealing rooms. Excellent variety of food for breakfast but no olives! Staff polite and friendly. Situated in prime location, near shops, restaurants, tram and major sites. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel in Sevilla - could not think of a better location. Loved everything about this hotel - best hotel we stayed in during 2 week trip around Spain. Would highly recommend. Rooftop patio / bar was great. Parking is valet and super easy. Just go!

Nice hotel in great location , but lacking a few touches such as slippers (there were no carpets in rooms) , dreading gowns and no ironing boards . Rooms comfortable although single beds pushed together to make doubles
