It wasn’t air conditioner in the room, very hot at the night, blanket was warm like for winter time, no outlets next to the bed, no possibility comfortable charge phone.

Pleasant hotel, staff mostly polite and helpful

A lot of construction, not hotels fault.

We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros.

Good location and really nice staff.

The room was outdated, low quality bedding and linen. The A/C didn't seem to work, the room was generally uncomfortable. The staff spoke the bare minimum but maybe it was due to different languages. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and everything was delicious.

It's was cozy place and good for nights stay before your flight next day

Stayed only 2 nights. Comfortable, large room, with double bed. Large bathroom with good size shower. Second line from the street, very quiet all night. Restaurant has good buffet breakfast, and good selection for dinner also. Bus conection to the center in 20 minutes.

Was great till the last day, when I found a cockroach in the en-suite

They have the best breakfast with big assortment of different foods, the room was clean and had coffee maker.

Excellent hotel; only downfall is amount of construction on main road -- difficult to enter hotel, somewhat noisy and dirty. But that's not the hotel's fault, and the staff makes up for it with their friendly service.

Room was clean. However there was no A/C on our floor. They brought us a fan and offered another room but we didnt want to pack up and move. It cooled off nicely in the evening, but no window screens and construction noise next door began at 6:00am. Lots of construction around the property as they are building next door and also adding a tram line so streets are all torn up. Restaurant onsite was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Found a ball of hair tangled on the shower head and had asked for them to clean it immediately but the issue was never addressed even after housekeeping came the next day. The staff offered for me to switch rooms in the end but disappointed that they didn’t immediately come to remove it. Otherwise overall had a decent stay.
