Great place

Two lights didn’t function. The first floor ice machine wasnt working for two days. The tv service went out for a couple of hours on Thursday night. Tv service cuts out for a few seconds on a regular basis.

Hotel staff were very nice . We were comfortable with the rooms . But they are a little dated . But the lobby area was updated.

This is my second stay at this property. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and found my room easily. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room tend to get clogged. In the shower, toilet, and sink. Other than that the stay was pleasant. My wish is that they would upgrade the tvs to have streaming services.

Although the lobby is lovely is updated and modern. The room was very warn, very dusty, the thermostat was extremely dusty. The furniture was stained and very arm. There was a strange smell in the room so I purchased a candle to help. The check in staff was amazing.

Took forever to check in. You have to beg for your perks. No distinction if you are an honors gold member. They charged me extra and I had to call for a refund. Untrained front desk operators

We stayed for nine days. We had maintenance problems in both of the rooms that my family were in. It took more than 24 hours to unclog the sink in one of the rooms!! It was unusable. They could not have cared less. Housekeeping was sporadic. Who knew when and if they would show up. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. So happy the day I checked out!!
