Booked specifically for the indoor pool and location. Easy access to public transport and the events we were attending. Minimal supplies eg 1 dish washer tablet for 3 night stay. Pitty reception staff were rude. Overall a good place to stay though.

Location was great for me who attended a conference across the road. Room was also very good and spacious. Service was really non-existing - hardly interacted with anyone and the one request I made did not materialise. There was no restaurant or coffee shop - you had to go to the property next door, not too convenient when raining. Price was high for the level of service/amenities offered.

Lovely welcome, helpful staff when our key wouldn't work a few time and fixed the problem. The pool and spa was great to unwind after busy sightseeing and loved the view from the balcony. Central location and a great pub a few steps away.

Overall great stay, the lady on reception was a bit rude and blunt at check in, but the stay otherwise was pleasant

It was perfect location for us as we were in town to catch Illuminate Adelaide 2025.

Was walking distance to everything, very clean and tidy.

Would have been good before booking to be told that there is a construction site next door to hotel and could not sleep at night as the bright lights in the scaffolding shine through the bedroom curtains.

The property was in a great location---easy access to food, shopping, grocery, etc. Room was great for a family--two bedrooms, two baths, decent kitchen/dining/living room and nice balcony. Pretty view of the city.

Overall the stay was great. The bathroom requires a little updating though as there is mould in the seals and grout. Although having a spa bath/shower in the room is a bonus, for someone with short legs it is a falls risk trying to get in and out of the bath

We had a good stay, although one disappointment was the cold spa/hot tub - especially as the pool is very cool (which is inside so you have the impression that it is suitable all year round). Convenient location, friendly staff.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the car parking code sometimes did not work though. Overall great stay
