Love the bed where i can easily get in since i am short

Staff was amazing. But wi-fi was not working so neither were the televisions. The part of the building I stayed in was old and run-down. The area was more industrial so it wasn’t unsafe, but not much around.

I had to wait a long time to get my room, and the bearded man at reception was unfriendly.

The restaurant had excellent food. But bathroom shower tiles were covered in pick mold.

There are two different hotels sharing the same building and reception area. However, the level of service and treatment varies depending on which hotel you’re booked with. For instance, Holiday Inn guests receive a made-to-order breakfast from a limited menu (eggs, yogurt, or pancakes), while guests of the other hotel are offered a continental breakfast. This distinction was not communicated to us during check-in. We paid extra expecting access to the continental breakfast, and were very disappointed to learn the next morning that we would need to go to a nearby restaurant instead. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. The floor was extremely dirty, with dust, hair, and crumbs scattered throughout. Considering the price point, the poor room conditions and the lack of transparency about breakfast were absolutely unacceptable.

Floors were sticky, bathrooms were not clean.

This hotel was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy and quick check in. Pool was clean but over chlorinated. I wish breakfast was included otherwise everything was great and staff were friendly.

Large gaps along the bottoms of the room doors meant that noise from the hallway was easily heard. After speaking to the front desk, they explained the gap was necessary for the HVAC system to work properly. We used a few towels at the base of the door to cut the noise and it worked well. Everything else about our stay was great!

Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff we friendly and very helpful. We do not hesitate to recommend this Hotel and would stay again in the future.

Wonderful clean place to stay, felt safe and had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family

We were in line to check in with an 87-year-old who needed to use the restroom, and we were told to wait until check-in and use it in the room! It advertised that the EV chargers were available, but the charger was broken! We booked one room for four people with breakfast, but they gave us breakfast for only two of us.

Great location and very walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The only problem we had was with the sound that easily travelled from other rooms and the hallway to our room. It was as-if the walls were very thin and perhaps the gap underneath the main door.

We loved our stay at this hotel and we will be booking again for sure!!
