Lovely property. Nicely appointed room.

The location is fantastic. It is a little overpriced.

We have stayed at the hotel many times. We keep coming back as we love the ambience, the service and its wonderful history. I would particularly like to mention the front desk this year as they were incredibly helpful on a number of occasions

This hotel oozes charm and old world refinements. Location is prime, parking is valet which is absolutely a must given that there is not even a spot to unload the luggage. The elegant room was a comfortable size, the bathroom was wonderfully expansive and modern; the bedroom windows open to a lovely courtyard. The restaurant is in the most beautiful lush courtyard. The staff was impeccable. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Very clean and quiet inside the city walls. Close to the Papal Palace and lots of dining and shopping opportunities. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

A fantastic hotel in Avignon. A perfect location for exploring the city and access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were great and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. In particular, Soria was extremely friendly and give us some great restaurant recommendations. And thanks to Martin for letting us back into the hotel at 1 AM. Would definitely recommend.

What a hotel. Long history with high luxury and many prominent guests. It is a quiret hotel where you can bee relaxed from day one. Marvelous breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant had closed during our stay, so we must come back another time.

To start what really makes this property unique is the staff they are very friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with the WIFI as I needed to join a zoom call for a work emergency and the wifi in the room was sooo bad - inexistant- called the reception and they offered to change the room rightaway, unfortunately the other room had the same issue but I do appreciate how reactive they were. Beside, the property is very nice. The only thing I really didn't appreciate is the wifi, and very limited food options at the bar, beside, its a lovely place

This is a beautiful property with excellent service and staff. Breakfast buffet was simple but good. Very convenient location for getting around Avignon. Would highly recommend.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to make restaurant recommendations as well as day trip recommendations and neither disappointed. The hotel itself is luxurious, comfortable, and centrally located yet quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in room 115. It is a large room but the decor is hideous and it probably hasn’t been upgraded since Napoleon visited. The room smelt strongly of disinfectant when we arrived which when it dispersed left a drain smell. I suspect this is a constant problem. If you are allocated this room then ask to change. The breakfast was poor. It was a buffet but meagre. There was no milk for the cereal. That said the courtyard is good. The restaurant was closed the night we stayed (Monday) but the bar was open and the girl who served us was very helpful and got us some food. It’s a pity because it’s in a good position and could be great.

Loved this hotel. Spent 5 nights here this past week with my daughter. All the staff are amazing! Arrived late and very dirty from hiking and the check in was so fast and friendly, they took care of parking my car and I was so grateful to be in my room showering within minutes. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely especially if you enjoy watching all the little birds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cant say enough about how great the staff are.
