As soon as we arrived, we were told we had to change rooms because they overbooked. There was no toilet paper in the room and was told I had to go down to the front desk to get it myself. Then I was told that I could only pay exact cash for bottled water and not debit as it was an inconvenience. The girl that was working October 10 around 7 PM was horribly unfriendly and I will never be spending another night at this hotel because of this. This is not the way you treat someone who is paying over $200 a night to stay at your hotel. This person needs to learn how to deal with customers and put a smile on her face.
