I stayed here for 3 days and it wasn't bad at all the furniture and wall paper can use some upgrading but the bed was comfortable the location is not to far from mc Donald's, Dunkin donuts and a few gas station. Only thing is I ask the lady can I get an upgrade and she told me she didn't have anything available meanwhile the lot was empty most of my stay and it's a nice size hotel I felt she could of just accommodated me being I stayed at multiple Homewood suites!

Room was nice size.

The staff was amazing there. My issue was with the shower in the master bedroom which they put in a work order and the telephones didn’t work. But the staff were so helpful and accommodating to me and my family. I’ll stay again.

I really enjoyed the stay here. It’s convenient to the stadium and the hotel staff is friendly and courteous!! My spot when coming to to enjoy Delaware football!!

I would definitely stay again. The rooms were spacious and clean for the price. The breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious. The place is a little outdated and it could use a deep cleaning. However, the daily cleaning by the staff is very good!!!

Place definitely needs repairs. Shower drain and sink were clogged, and only lamp in bedroom was broken. Would not stay again.

We stayed there three nights in the same debris was on the hallway floors all time

Floors in kitchen extremely sticky, coffee maker did not work. The toilet filled with water most times, but occasionally it had none in tank and would not flush.

Killed roach and unable to turn the air up although technician came to the room.

The floor was sticky and dirty in the room , the couches were equally dirty , very outdated and the whole room had a stale smell . i definitely don't recommend this place

Very friendly staff, clean and smells great!!! Definitely will stay again.
