We liked the location of the hotel and the location of our room in the hotel. My husband loved the shower.

Great location. Just needs a little updating

they are not "pet friendly," they are dog friendly. so that needs to be changed on hotels.com and their own website. the night staff person was rude, the manager was not organized when they made an exception for our cats to stay there, told me that they had to stay in their carriers except for when they were using the litter box (yeah right!) and tried to overcharge me at the end. which sucks cause the rooms were so cute and the facilities are beautiful

The breakfast area was dirty- floor and some of the tables.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was garbage left behind the TV. Alot of stuff in the room was broken handles, knobs,hole in the wall, lamps not working, no controls for the fans etc.. the shower was so slick I fell down and really hurt my toe.

Always a great stay at Stoney Creek! The breakfast and coffee are better than average and the property is clean and safe. However, the last FEW times we have stayed here, the hot tub is always out of service. Not sure if they just don't plan to fix it, but if so, then they should update their amenities listing to let folks know. Hubby was HUGELY disappointed...

I love the location of the property to my destination. I have stayed at Stoney Creek several times. I have yet to have a quiet room. Either there are children (baseball tournament kids) running up and down the halls or there are dogs barking that have been left in the rooms alone. The facility is great for the price but isn't managed great.

My only complaint was that the hot tub was not working.

Dirty room, jacuzzi tub had hair inside. Shower vent fell out of the ceiling and nearly hit me. Room smelled of mold and sheets had stains. Unpleasant stay, Management never contacted us about issues as requested. The employees were kind at check in, but inexperienced at dealing with issues. Will not be returning to this Stoney Creek, other cheaper hotels offer better experiences.

1. Room refrigerator had food still in it from previous occupant. 2. Room smelled very strong of perfume/cologne when first entering. It did dissipate. 3. I asked for extra towels. The new wash clothes were so stained brown I didn't use. While I know they were clean, they felt dirty and the hotel needs to buy new ones. Positive 1. Staff great and friendly 2. Bed comfy 3. Love staying for convenience whenever I visit.

This trip was a big deal to our family. We choose your hotel mainly due to the hot tub in the pool area. My daughter was a finalist out of hundreds of Missouri teens. She has spent 8 months and most of her summer studying. We were looking forward to relaxing the day before the big competition. Very disappointed that the hot tub was down and appears to have been for a long time. No communication, no offer to discount our stay or a room upgrade ect. We also didn't have any hand soap in our room it was empty. The room was nice but over all the hotel was crowded, hard to get around without a property map, and dusty in many areas. Breakfast was good, it was quiet, and we enjoyed the pool.

Everything about our stay from start to finish was horrible. No room available at check in, ac didn't work in room, pull out bed was dirty from past visits, room was dirty, didn't have the supplies we needed for showers and the list goes on.
