Staff were all good, friendly and polite. Property is of an age, cleanliness is shocking bad.

Perfect for what we wanted-one night stop near motorway but quiet. Staff very helpful. Could eat in hotel or harvester across the road.

Really nice staff in a great location located close to Northampton and just off the M1. Room clean and comfy, quiet and had a really good stay.

Great. Would of liked a bath

Arrived around 10pm and was greeted by the reception staff who quickly gave me my room key and informed me where the room was and breakfast timings. As usual, we took our bags to the room and then came down to have some Pizza and wine before retiring to our room. In the morning we could not wait to get to the breakfast buffet as there were an amazing array of food on offer which more than satifies myself and my wife. Checkut was quick and easy.

Had all the fundamentals in place to provide a good stay in their hotel

Front door and first impression not good. Needs some TLC which is unfortunate as everything else is excellent. Room very good- excellent bathroom/toilet. Loved Dove soap and shampoo. Bar and dining excellent

The corridor smelt of the food from the kitchen so not really pleasant.

near to Family for visit , breakfast included and free parking. the price for the Hotel is to high always used to be cheaper and we would stay here but next time I'll be in the travel lodge across the road as its about £30-40 cheaper. Although breakfast is extra.
