Good freeway access. Clean. Alot to do around hotel.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff, and the room was clean and very nice! I will absolutely stay here again.

Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Folsom was good except for no bottles of water were given to us but were given to other guests (who apparently did not book thru Hotels.com), $12 daily parking fee even though the hotel was not in a busy area, and the elevator seemed so old that I was surprised it did not have any issues.

The staff was wonderful, we had a great trip.

What I found interesting was they charged parking fees on the weekends sometimes because they’ve had issues this happened to be the weekend that sometimes they charge and we were charged $12 per day not notated anywhere so beware Other than that The room was clean beds were nice. The water pressure for the bathroom was extremely low

The room was very spacious. Very very clean also! I liked that we were on a third floor and there were trees outside the window so we could leave our curtains open and not worry about people being able to see inside. The only thing I would add is it would be nice to have a refrigerator and we had a step in shower, but unfortunately there were no bars on the inside of the shower to hold onto. We are in our late 60s, and it's nice to have something to hold onto when you're in the shower.

Bathroom door can't really lock, and toilet cannot flush. We have to open the water cover and put hand into the water to lift the cap up so

We arrived at five and stood in line for thirty minutes before we checked in. We got to our room and realized it’s not the room we booked. We booked a king room with a sofa bed and the room we got was wheelchair accessible and didn’t have the sofa. I brought it to the attention of the front staff and she let me know that when you book through a third party, you get whatever rooms they have available upon check in. We contacted hotels.com and received a refund and went to another hotel. Be aware when you book on this website, you may not get the room you actually book.

Everything regarding my stay was very nice. Everyone I encountered working at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was super clean, room was clean, everything smelled fresh, property over all was very nice.

It was a bit confusing to find since it is nestled in a shopping area. I also wasn’t advised of the parking fee. Other than that everything g was great!

$12 parking fee to park in an open, unsecured public lot shared with a shopping mall and fast food restaurants. Money grab by Courtyard Marriott. No included breakfast. No pool. Sofabed linens were not in the room, we had to go to the front desk to pick them up. Otherwise, the hotel was fairly quiet and reasonably clean. I’d book elsewhere next time to avoid the fake parking fee and maybe get some free toast and coffee in the morning.

Clean, updated rooms. The staff is friendly. The lobby is nice. Not alot of parking so difficult at night
