In my last trips to São Paulo I use to stay at Clarion. I noticed a downgrade in the quality of the hotel: towels, maintenance, cosmetics. Next time I’ll try another hotel in the same area.

The hotel is well located and convenient. It is a bit outdated and it looks more like a regular building than a hotel (small lobby) but it was a good stay and they offer a great breakfast

This is really a 3, borderline 3,5 stars. Basic at best. Check in needs more care and training, staff needs to acknowledge guest better and make them feel welcoming. Breakfast is too simple for what it pretends to be, while staff surround you while you pick your food, make you feel like you’re being watched. Bedroom seriously needs to be revamped and updated. Pleasant stay but I doubt I would book and stay again

Very nice hotel. The biggest advantage being the area. Easily walkable to food and entertainment. Felt safe. The hotel itself is older.

Great cost benefit. The location is perfect for my needs.

Nice clean hotel convenient to good restaurants. We had a few challenges with front desk staff who spoke no English and didn’t seem eager to assist, but this is their prerogative of course as we are foreigners in their city.

Super well placed. Breakfast and shower were not fantastic but generally very good value for money

I always stay at the Clarion as the hotel is clean, nice rooms great staff and is perfectly located - central and walkable area

Place was very clean and in a very nice and safe area. Only concern was the sink didn't seem big enough for say face washing. Room was comfy and they had room service.

The washroom was on the small side. We basically had to shut the door in order to brush your teeth.

The area around the hotel is great

Nice neighborhood, close to both of the best malls in São Paulo. Walking distance to parque do povo great for a good walk, jog and workout.

I like the location of the hotel because it's close to the places I need to go. The hotel is being renovated, the breakfast is good and the staff is helpful.
