Our stay was wonderful!! We attended a concert at the Dickie’s Arena, great location for walking distance. Also the restaurant across the street was a yummy try!!

It was convenient to Dickies Arena, I didn't like that 1 of the 2 elevators were always out of service. Had to fight a little with the A/C.

Very clean, Delicious complementary breakfast, Room was beautiful and also common areas very elegant, Staff very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for a concert. Richard and Shantay greeted me at the front desk and were extremely pleasant and helpful. We stayed two nights and the hotel was literally less than a mile away from the concert venue. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was easy and the woman at the front counter was very friendly. What wasn’t awesome was being welcomed by bugs running across the counter when we entered our first room. There were right as you walked in, and at first I thought they were left over food crumbs until they started scurrying around. I took pictures and went back downstairs and asked for a new room which we were given. New room seemed clean, but we definitely didn’t sleep easy knowing there were bugs in other rooms.

Great experience

The area was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The parking was kinda difficult. There was no hot water in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Wonderful pool the breakfast was much better than I thought. Eggs made w love and care. Richard up front super professional. We will stay again. Clean parking area very private. Great office I was abled to get some work done while my family slept.

I could not even get checked in before a lady interrupted and pushed for me to get signed up for their rewards program. There are no toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast could have used a waffle station.
