Service is very good, staffs are always helping. Room is very clean. Several minutes walking to Glover Garden and you will get a terrific view of the city and feel the charm of both history and architecture of the city! This is far beyond my expectation on a Crown Plaza hotel!

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, within walking distance of a lot of things that we wanted to do. Also there is a ton of transportation options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location- close to the Tram line, and major sights like the Oura Cathedral, Glover Garden, and Chinatown. If one is so inclined, it is also possible to walk to Nagasaki Station and points in between like the Dejima, 26 Martyrs monument, Spectacles bridge, etc.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Nagasaki.

Good hotel located near the harbor

It was ok i guess. not many food options when i was there its kind of out of the way of mostly everything interesting in Nagasaki. im not getting married so nothing on the first floor was of any interest to me. It seems to be a wedding destination sort of place so its set up to that end.Staff was not very bilingual either but neither am i so made communication rough at times. if i ever go to that city again i know to get a hotel closer to the center of the city at least walking those hills isn't something i want to do again just to go get food

Was expecting a bit more for the price. The room was large but dated. Parking 1200 yen which was more than other places but not many Nagasaki hotels have parking. Checked in late & out early but great service from the concierge staff. Far from the station but close to the older areas & good shopping nearby

The staff were very gentle and ready to help any time, but I had issues with the cleanliness of the room. Since I have dust and mite allergy I suffered a bit at the room. It means that was not clean enough. But overall the hotel is very good. I highly recommend.

Convenient as it’s next to Glover Garden and nearly all the sites in Nagasaki. Good parking ..
