The hotel is in the process of being updated, so some things were kind of “rough” but the staff was great, bed comfortable - which is what we were looking for.

Clean room, friendly staff, good room temp control, nice breakfast.

Quiet and convenient

The customer service was lacking. We have stayed here bow 3 times driving from out of state to see shows. Whomever was working when we arrived on Wednesday was not pleasant.

Easy to get to and parking was easy but costs $20

The staff was attentive to my needs and very friendly and willing to help make a better experience. Only 1 issue that was the water pressure is not good, overall experience was good and the lady in the breakfast area does a terrific job.

Will definitely be staying here again! I. The heart of KC super close to some of our favorite dining options. We got to stay in one of the renovated rooms and it was really nice and clean. Cost $20 to park, which I’m not sure why but i paid it nonetheless . We got a free goody bag with popcorn and waters upon arrival too. All in all, I’ve stayed at a few other hotels in KC and this one i will be returning to!
