Had a really pleasant stay, the pools were fantastic, especially the outdoor area. I would have loved to have a drink at the outdoor/in pool bar, but being very late summer it was mainly closed. The free car parking and electric charging was a bonus! Although the tight corners in the underground car park was a challenge, especially when in a rental.

Over all good stay. Dated, some elements of the room in disrepair (broken cupboard doors, etc), but it seems they’re renovating. Food was decent but overpriced for what you got. The free indoor parking was a nice touch, and the kitchenette in the room was perfect with a baby.

Our hotel room was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!! Our room has me a wraparound balcony so the view of the ocean could be seen by every room. It was so nice to wake up each morning and take in that amazing view.

Location is great, easy access, big parking, we received a free upgrade. Great service. Large room and private balcony. Clean. Nice kitchen, we will come back

Property is equiped with everything you need for your stay. Taxi services are overall affordable, especially if travel with larger groups. If using Bolt, when inputting the hotel name, it returns location of the parking at the side, so need to manually adjust the pin.

Great experience just what l needed!

The room size is massive compared to others we have been in Europe. The location is great as we have a rental car and the free underground parking is perfect.

The hotel could use a renovation, but not in the sense that it is falling apart, only that it is a little dated. Other than that, it was a really pleasant stay. It had big rooms, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a pretty good restaurant.

Lovely location staff was very helpful, but the rooms are dated and need remodeling. Our AC went out every day and night in all three rooms. We had a two bedroom unit. We couldn’t get the washer dryer to work we could not open the safe and some of the lights were out. Our kitchenette Had no paper towels or dish towel or pot holders. No directions on how to operate the coffee maker, which was an unusual one or the washer dryer Staff tried to help us and were very pleasant. Beautiful view from our balcony, which had outside furnishings. Pool area was beautiful

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. Allowed us to take advantage of the hotel, before check-in. Pool, parking and gym. Front desk was very helpful in providing transportation for a party of 5, with no vans available. A beautiful resort feel, in the heart of Lisbon. I will most definitely come here again.

They had comfy robes on each bed...too bad you are unable to keep them. The staff was lovely and the hotel felt really safe.

The best moments for us were benefitting from the patience, kindness and understanding of Beatriz in reception. We enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant on our first night. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate, if a little uninspiring. We thought the best part of breakfast was making fresh orange juice. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. The kitchenette contained everything needed. The large balcony was a real bonus. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and the well-kept gardens. I loved the fact that many herbs were grown.

Our stay at MS Aparthotel was outstanding. The staff were great, especially Esther, she went above and beyond. The room was immaculate, with a stunning view. The Hotel facilities (spa, gym, two swimming pools, Hot Tub) were top-notch. Very close proximity to shops and restaurants. Alma Lusa restaurant is an absolutely fantastic restaurant! Highly recommended!
