This place is better than the photos on the website. Me and my wife stayed at a basic room for a layover and i tell you, i was trully impressed. The lobby, the room was really nice, i loved the luxury touches. The hotel logo was on the towels, pillow cases. And for the value, i will definitely come back and stay here again!!!!

It has a Banorte ATM in the lobby, covered heated pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna, good size gym area. Super clean beautiful very spacious rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly. Buffet had good items, quesadillas de huitlachoche and Flor de calabaza. It was probably the season for it but still. Smooth shuttle ride to the airport included even though a city wide earth quake drill was going on. The driver skilled and friendly. I could go on and on.

Everything was excellent, the hotel was fantastic as well as the restaurant service and food. We will definately return wirh the whole family to this hotel. The amenities were just right.

The Bad: The pool, sauna, gym was on the 6th floor, NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS; my husband has to pull me up the stairs. The Good: Other than the above, the property was beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly, and room service was FAST!

The staff was very responsive and the rooms were clean. Loved the airport shuttle service and the prompt wake up calls, would stay again
