A good hotel, close to the city center. Friendly

Lovely friendly staff welcomed us. Room was comfortable.food was good and plenty of it. The only disappointment was the lack of parking and as a result of using their other parking area our car was damaged by another driver. As no details were taken by the hotel of their clients vehicle we were unable to do anything about their client damaging our car. They website needs better details on the parking facilities.

Good hotel well located

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable, properly working AC, breakfast buffet and restaurant open all day, even late for an after-concert meal when other places are closed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I will return when I’m in the area again.

We were there for only one night but it was in a great location, had parking, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom.

Not the usual Kyriad hotel standard. The decor was tired and sad making hotel feel like a retirement home. The carpet was dirty in lobby and room. Lobby smelled like an ashtray. We were more than a little disappointed.

Rooms compact but clean. A little outdated in the reception area but we only needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night so great value. Parking was 5 Euros but only about 8 parking spaces. Our room smelt but they changed the room immediately so no problem.

Great location and friendly staff. Great value. A bit of a small bathroom but not a big problem. Did hear kids in neighbouring rooms at night.

We had a reservation at a budget hotel that didn’t have a night clerk, and the code they emailed us didn’t work, so we needed a place at the last minute after 9pm. While traveling in Europe in the summer, I have 2 main criteria: air conditioning and parking. Parking was limited but adequate; they actually close and lock the gate at night. The A/C in the room worked wonderfully well during the ongoing heatwave. I made the reservation online and drove to 5 minutes to the hotel; when I arrived - after their declared check-in time - the deal clerk already had our room key waiting for us. Our room was small with 2x twin beds, but it was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The foyer, stairwells, and hallways are a bit worn and could use updating, but everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

All you really need for a very short stay, clean, friendly, good restaurant, but the smallest room and the tiniest shower we' ever seen.

When reception provided breakfast hours, I asked if it was free. He appeared very insulted, and said, no, lady, 9.90 euros! He became annoyed when I asked for map of where free parking was...

Last time we stayed here we chose two single beds and the room was OK but this time we chose to have a double bed and the room, although only next door, was too small for our liking.

Car park is tiny with no free parking within easy walking distance. Arrived at 8:20pm from long road trip. Was told immediately that the restaurant was closed although it was full of people. No, problem ...found a decent place to eat in town. Returned after 10pm to find restaurant was still full. So much for being closed! The room was ok, but with a shower cubicle so badly designed it was impossible not to cause a flood in the bathroom. All in all, it served a purpose, but wouldn't stay again given a choice

Overnight em route to Spain. Excellent restaurant. Room compact but comfortable

Can't rank what is best : great location -3 mn walk from city centre-, very friendly staff, good food, extremely clean, peaceful etc. etc. It felt like home from home (except tidier and cleaner !). Loved it, will definitely come back.

We had a lovely day and night here the Arch di Triumph and the amphitheatre are well worth seeing , many good places to eat and drink ,the hotel is brilliant if you don't want to go out in the evening .The reception staff friendly and helpful . We really enjoyed our stay
