The room was outdated and had a stuffy smell. The biggest problem was the stain we found on the side of the mattress cover. I did a google search and it said could be bed bugs. That creeped me out and we left super early.

The room was nice,& clean. The breakfast was not great( bacon was not cooked well, pancakes were bland), we were one of the first down to breakfast and the carpet was very dirty from the night before. Checkout time was 11:00 and we had someone beating on our door continually till we answered at 9:45 wanting to know when we were leaving. I'm not saying they knocked and even waited, she knocked and continued knocking for a minute and a half straight till I answered

We were in town for a game at Rough Riders Stadium so the ease of just walking to the stadium was great! One thing we did not appreciate was a knock on our door at 9:45 from housekeeping. Check out is at 11! I’ve never seen this & we weren’t the only room. You could see them on other floors.

Our room 423 door had a very loud squeak but nothing a spray of WD40 wouldn’t fix. Just more for info than a complaint.

The staff at this hotel were top-notch! It’s so hard to find great service and this staff has it down. Everyone was kind and helpful!

It is showing its age too much

There were crickets in my room BLACK BIG CRICKETS the bathrooms all dirty without toilet paper it was nasty

Enjoyed a weekend full of swimming with the grandkids

Loved the breakfast options and happy hour! Clean room.

We had good time and enjoyed everything but one of the television was very old probably need to be replaced

It’s still nice. It’s just old and starting to show wear.

Best Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at! Breakfast was incredible and happy hour with snacks was an added bonus! We loved our room over looking the ball park and got to watch fireworks from our room!

Room was dirty, stained couch. No ice machines on 6th thru 12 floors. Front desk was unaware of this.

The check-in staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival process smooth and pleasant.

The staff at this location was phenomenal and made the convention I attended extra special!

Always like Embassy Suites in Frisco. Walking distance to Roughriders Stadium. Excellent staff.
