Loved the roof top pool. Large, comfortable rooms & great breakfast.

False advertisement no bar or restaurant told us to bring food in as there couldn’t accommodate, no room service and the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room smelled damp and we ask the room to be cleaned all they did was mop and gave new towels had to change the bed ourselves!

Lovely accommodation! Nice and fresh! Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Really had a great time!

I recommend this hotel highly the food is excellent. The people are great nice area. The beds are comfortable home away from home love it. I will be staying here again…!

Not too central

The swimming pool was extremely small and the bed for the kids was not a real bed.

Staff at check in desk told us that their parking was at capacity, when we went to check ourselves the parking attendant said that actually it was half empty

Great stay, perfect big room for families, very comfortable and easy walking distance to many things

The AC is set to a high temperature and we complained to the front desk but still it was not working to a cold temperature.

This hotel was nice and it was clean. The location was a little far from the main areas and a bit far from the airport. But it was still a decent location. Their room service was excellent, the food was fresh and really delicious.

My daughter and I are traveling in Spain for her graduation gift. The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is centralized and can get to most things within 10 min by taxi.

Air Conditioning in the lobby needs improvements. Construction was in progress right outside the front door. The breakfast was amazing! A great selection of foods, and the staff was great.

We were a bit disappointed about this hotel which doesn’t deserve a 4 stars hotel. It is really outdated, they were many signs of water damage over the ceiling and around the shower. The AC was’nt working properly, not convenient in the middle of am heatwave, and was also making a unpleasant sound. On a positive note, I have nothing to say about the staff who was very nice and did their best.

Air cond

Front desk was extremely nice and pleasant. Hotel was clean and appeared well maintained. As an American, the Air conditioning was a bit warm, but for most travelers I think it was adequate. I did not purchase the breakfast option, but was told it was very good with the variety and quality of the food. Location was perfect for getting around Barcelona, whether walking or getting ride share. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The cleanliness and the breakfast

Staff all super friendly and helpful. Rooftop was clean and enough space when we wanted to use it. Wifi fast enough to work from the hotel with big desk space and good chair. Bed was huge and nice linens. Shower so powerful and good temp. We didn't try the breakfast as it was being provided at work event but it looked like a good spread of fresh food when passing. Gym modern and clean. Left luggage facility and check out at 12pm as standard were great for last day. Coffee machine was in lobby with disposable cups rather than reusable cups in room facility but really nice espresso from it. The rooms all centre around a courtyard with a lift in the middle and it makes a loud noise when closing, disruptive at night but blocked out once I used earplugs.
