The carpets were just shampooed which is great but the floor was soaked and the room was muggy and air was moist. They had a fan going in there but a floor unit air conditioner would not cool the room down. We opened the window which just cracked open a bit. We arrived late and they didn’t have any other room. I woke up coughing and sick this morning.

Everything was perfect!

Manager that checked is in provided some great advice and hints for our visit to the Reagan Library the next day. Her words of wisdom saved us hours and frustration.

Nice property

The room didn’t have any comfortable seating. The sofa/sleeper cushions slid out when you sat down. Stiff and hard. I sat in the lobby most of the time. I would not stay here again.

Every interaction with staff was rude or disrespectful from assistant manager during check in, to bar/restaurant personnel to manager during a hurried check out created by manager The room was a co-mingled king bed that didn’t match ceiling decor or entertainment center another words a crowed room that was not full size Microwave oven didn’t work TV remote volume didn’t work Sink plugged

Common areas and staff were nice. The room smelled VERY strongly of mold and mildew. Air conditioning was super loud. Bathroom floor corners were not clean. Otherwise the room and property were fine.

Paying 200 bucks a night in Simi Valley I would have thought have been much nicer. Just an average hotel with Marriott badge.

Great place

Sorry, I will not be back to this hotel. Friendly staff. AC was very weak, both nights I couldn’t sleep. Turn AC to highest but it’s still too warm in the room. I only used a thin sheet as blanket to sleep. Shower head water pressure is weak also. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, left tips in room to find out no service and no clean dry bath towels for second night. Monday morning, garage collection truck woke me up very early given that I couldn’t sleep the night before til late due to weak AC system. Sorry but I do not recommend this courtyard Marriott facility, disappointing experience.

The property was clean and conveniently located near a lot of dining and activity options. Our check in took quite a while-we requested adjoining rooms as we were traveling with our children and that was the best setup for us. Apparently the guests who had the room before us had the option to check out late so we had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned until well after the normal check in time. It was fine but it would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time that this was the case as we had been traveling all day with 4 young children and had dinner plans with family that began at a set time.

Halls are hot and narrow. There were never staff around to ask questions or get help.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. I booked the 2 queen beds with the sofa pull out and it fit my husband and I along with our 3 boys for a World Series tournament. Costco is across the street, Walmart is walking distance. Perfect location right off the freeway.

Great place to stay. Located in a great location and the staff were extremely helpful!!

Kids enjoyed the pool.

We liked how quiet it was along with food places that were in walking distance. The only thing that was a problem was the refrigerator didn’t work.

Everything was nice and clean but bathroom and carpet need upgrade

Horrible Service! Front Desk and Cleaning Staff kept harassing you so you could leave the room before checkout time.

Amazing staff. Friendly and kind. The GM is a kind and amazing lady who is very helpful. Great place to stay
