Great experience with staff and hotel was very comfortable. Our room had a small living room. Great location also.

Lovely place. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the street, great for people watching and also the local buskers as well as a great location to sight see. Brilliant. We were able to walk all over Krakow centre with ease - its very well sited and were able to get a Bolt back to the airport from a place just up the road. Brilliant Breakfast, and they did us one in a bag on our last day as we were leaving early. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Krakow. Very comfortable however facing very busy street with lots of foot traffic. Internet connectivity very random.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of everything including laundry, booking tours, and helping me find my train platform and track (ticket was in Polish. One of the best hotel experiences I've had post -covid.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nice breakfast to set us up every morning. The hotel is very well situated, close enough to most of the city centre to walk but still very quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay here.
