Laid back atmosphere. Wonderful staff.

The property suffered greatly during Helene and now that it is a hotel type stay? Whole different vibe. Probably would not stay again and we loved loved it before the storm.

Clean, spacious and close to the beach.

This hotel was the perfect place for my son and I to visit while on vaca. I’ve never been to Indian Shores before but I wasn’t disappointed at all. The hotel was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. The sitting areas out back was a great touch and so fun for evening relaxing. The hotel is also a very short walk away from the beach access road so that made beach time very easy. During my short stay there I didn’t have a chance to use the pool, the laundry facilities, or the gaming area. I would only suggest that for guests staying more than one night, there should be provided additional coffee packets for the coffee maker in the room. I’m sure I could have gone to the front desk for it but I didn’t want to do so at 7am. No worries. Still enjoyed my stay there.

The people were very nice

We like the open space in the living and dining areas, has everything you need to cook but you need to bring your own spices and oil. The place is also clean and easy walking to the public beach access ( less than 10 mins walk , across the road).

There was a small glitch when I checked in, but the overnight security guard who checked me in handled it like a champ. The staff was friendly and being across the street from the beach was nice as well.

Our family of four stayed at The Fold for 3 days/2 nights. Our stay was lovely, the ladies in the office were attentive and helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The apartment was clean and fully stocked, and check-in/check-out were both easy peasy. The reviews about proximity to the beach are very accurate...beach access is literally across the road from the property. I was most impressed by the level of detail in insuring we had a great time. We were able to rent beach gear (a wagon, cooler, chairs, and umbrella) for a small fee and they prepared a sheet of things to do nearby from restaurants to places to see. We will definitely stay here again.

Very roomy and it’s like an apartment. Has pretty much everything you need if staying more than 3-4 days. Quiet. Lovely overall.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, the girls at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The beach and restaurants were all close enough to walk to! We will be back!

Great customer service and clean resort. Highly recommend.

Very clean. Felt like we were the first ones staying in our room. Basically a fully furnished kitchen with all of the essentials if you’re in the mood to eat in. Pool area super clean. BBQ area kept very tidy as well. Will be back!

Staff are very friendly!! Easy access to the beach. King bed very comfortable.

Overall, loved this place! Only thing I will add is that the blankets were very very thin/got tangled easily. Also there was a child’s beach ball under our bed
