Pool and drinks, better people.

Stay was excellent, rooms were spacious, I like the living room area I just didn't like placement of the TV. Shower was really nice. Restaurants were good. We really enjoyed our stay and would return

The hotel property is beautiful and the pools are great. The hotel is also very very massive and confusing at times. I didnt Feel the food was as great as other places I've been to. The atmosphere was great and the customer service was amazing! I'd recommend staying if you don't mind sharing your space and want to have lots of people around!

We had a great time at the Riu Palace and would happily return. Our swim out room was amazing and the staff and service was generally a 5/5, we only gave a 4 star review as one of our a la carte dinners we never received our main entree after a 2 hour wait. We ended up leaving and having dinner at the buffet. Other than this, it was a great experience.

It was definitely a clean room, but it smelt really really weird and made all of our clothes. Have a really weird smell for a while after we got home.

Good was really good with lots of options. Pool area was our favourite spot.

Services was excellent.

Loys of food options. Cant get into the ocean from the beach in front of the resort because of the undertow. Wish i had known that - would have preferred a resort where i could get into the water. Our stay was 'all inclusive" and the adult drinks werent very strong. But could always ask for another shot. Service was excellent.

I liked that they stocked the in room mini fridge everyday even though the sign said every two days

There is no need for anything here they have it all. The palace was a bit dated but my stay lacked nothing!

Staff are pretty good but very few speak English so you need know Spanish to get best bang for your buck, food for vegan and vegetarian are limited. Kids activities are okayish and food also is not bad but not great.

Everyone was beyond friendly. Very easy to get a cab and downtown is very close . The resort was clean. The views just amazing and the food options were incredible . We will be back .

We had a problem with our room, refrigerator leaked and bugs. We were moved to a different room. Everyone was very helpful.

Our overall experience is pretty good except for few things. During check-in we requested for a room with EL Arco view but was not guven as they told it comes with extra cost. There were bugs in the bathroom. Lighting in the room was not enough. Some of the deep fried food items during Lunch at Al Madeno were not good and the chicken smelled. Loved all the other restaurants though. Most importantly the tour operator Claudia Marquez from Scuba Caribe misguided us and hid information for the Water Taxi tour and told us that we can be dropped at Lovers Beach when the beach was closed altogether for last few days. This was very disappointing. Apart from these things loved the facilities, activities and shows.
