Quiet location, but far from city center. We didn’t mind, we had s rental car and stayed here to relax before our flight home and this was one of the only hotels with a pool. Rooms were clean, room service good and staff overall friendly. Rooms do not provide tooth brush/ paste . No conditioner for hair, no body lotion. No iron in room and was not able to get one on request. Hotel does not provide iron. Room service doesn’t stock tea etc automatically. You will have to ask.

Absolutely loved Amazonia Jamor Hotel. Amazing friendly staff and overall wonderful experience. Loved the breakfast buffet. So many options to choose from. Di er menu was also pretty good. Very tasty food. Hotel has two pools. Absolutely loved the outdoor pool. Its was the best thing after a lng day. The bar was great also. Have a nice wne night nside or sit in the patio. Every Portugal trip, i would definitely recommend this hotel. The check in staff went out of her way to help me, as i had a bit if a hiccup with my booking due to my negligence. Thank you guys. You all rock. The best

Room was old and run down and had a strong stench of Damp! Much better hotel around for the same money, I was disappointed I chose this but the pictures looked better than it actually was on Expedia. Didn’t receive and VIP access benefits!

No way should this hotel have a 4 Star rating. The room was more like a cell with no furniture, the bathroom was dirty and the balcony had nothing to sit on and looked on to a main road.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Food very average. Staff gave impression of not being fully trained. Bar not very comfortable to sit and have a drink. Furniture needs to be updated. In general not worth the money paid for this hotel

Estadia em família de última hora. Correu tudo bem. Piscina boa, faltam chapéus de sol para todos. Apenas dois chapéus de sol. Deveria haver mais visto ter várias crianças e as temperaturas muito elevadas. De resto tudo bom.

Bed was comfy and the A/C worked well! Pool area and breakfast nothing speciale but ok. Shower broken so you had to hold it in hand, lamp by bed was broken so it was hanging up side down, drain in the bathroom sink drained extreamly slow, there was only electrical plug by one of the bedtables and it did not work and the refrigerator did not really cool. Hotel and rooms looked tired and in need of some updates. Would say it is not a 4 star.

It had a good central location to a lot of Lisbon area attractions, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, and a lot of amenities.

The hotel room and the people were nice. They breakfast was AMAZING!

Location was great!! Noise at night from hallway and other rooms was the only inconvenience. Breakfast was exceptional and staff great to deal with.

Very good place

My wallet was stolen from my room when I went to have coffee, 200 euros, I called the police and everything, and nothing was resolved, I was left with this huge loss, the experience was terrible.

At some point, the tv and the heater in my room stopped working. Front desk promptly moved me to another room.

no groceries in the area, accessibility not great to the city no output for charging my phone in the room(without the plug) no crib was provided because it hadn't been requested in advance totally not very happy about the quality compare to the price I paid.

Well located in the heart of Lisboa Awesome view. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast

It was very noisy all night a lot of doors slamming all night and understaffed rooms were super basic and a bit outdated overall the whole place needed to be painted and updated

Location was great for exploring the area with using an Uber to get to the coast. Restaurant only opened at 7:30 for dinner which we are not used to so we ate at a restaurant in the town.

Its OK for 1 night stop or maybe bit more if you have a car and looking for something in the area, but nothing special, its more like hotel for groups with nothing close by to do. Room is very average and outdated, cant say I felt comfortable with the cleaning level of shower, toilet and bed sheets, of course rug is also quite old. Breakfast was very basic, no decent coffee also. Only good thing I liked there was the small restaurant down the road. Service was OK but also, why check in only at 16:00???
