Lovely stay. Great location. Nice pool area. Had breakfast and dinner. Plenty of options and good for vegetarian. Clean room. Nice staff. Definitely staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and right by a bus stop, which made getting to and from the airport and city center super easy. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety each morning. The only downside was the sound isolation—we could hear quite a bit from neighboring rooms. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Room and breakfast were lovely although potentially could have done with breakfast starting earlier. Great spa and outdoor pool facility and only a short walking distance to the beach.

Beds very hard !!!!!! Would appreciate if tables were advised by the stuff in the restaurant. Food was good. Pool was clean. Room was good but not huge, but great pool view.

Hotel Cabellero was a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The main reception, toilets and bar areas are lovely, clean and plenty of space/seats. Only issue I found was that the kids pool was too deep for my son. However, pool area is lovely & clean. Food & drinks are reasonably priced and taste good. Unfortunately we were unable to check out late due to the hotel being so busy, however, they do have a room downstairs, where you can leave your luggage, shower & change - with a hair dryer too, which is free of charge.There are lockers to store hand luggage that costs €2. Our room was located in the new building, and was beautiful. Great size and very clean. The shower was big and had good water pressure. They provide lovely packages of shower gel, body cream and other extras. There was a safe but I didn’t use this, and a small fridge. The fridge worked but wasn’t cold enough for my preference. That me just being picky. TV in the room worked, however, it doesn’t link to the internet so was unable to use my Netflix etc. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and for the size of the hotel, it works really fast. The only let down was the restaurant. We were half board. Breakfast was good - large variety. However, dinner was bit disappointing. There was a good variety of food, just some plates were bit bland. But that is the only negative part to the hotel. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the area. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great location and modern hotel. Close to shops and restaurants. We had a suite and the room was amazing with view to the garden and pool. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious but can be very crowded at the restaurant. We would like to stay again at this hotel.

Hotel was easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. Service staff are also friendly & helpful. Rooms are very clean, everything you need. Food has been great. Would definitely return

Disappointing sums up my stay. Staff at check in ignored me when I arrived and when they did decide to check me in they were unfriendly and didn't provide any information about the property/amenities or where to go for the included meals etc. The aircon didn't work. The worst thing was the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I asked at reception for an extra duvet to make it more comfortable but when I went to ask at reception they were rude and said they were too busy so would send one to my room and it took over an hour to arrive. Some of the staff were nice but they did not make up for the staff who were rude. Overall I would describe the hotel as average so if you like a hard bed and don't expect helpful staff and get a cheap deal it would probably be ok but I won't be staying there again as it definitely doesn't deserve its 4 star status.

At reception the staff was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome The property is nice in appearance and clean; however some maintenance on details and also cleanings of areas surrounding the pool is required The members of staff are really polite and keen to help in any way. The cocktails are nice. The food is the worst we ever had! Never tasted anything of this kind before and the wine is overpriced but not good at all! The cutleries, dishes are not properly cleaned; some of them were still dirty and also with water left, simply disgusting The standard of the restaurant not adequate for a 4 star hotel. We were upgraded to a nice room towards the pool; however the usb on the right of the bed didn’t work and we couldn’t recharge one of our mobile. All sockets are shucko and we couldn’t plug our adapter for my hair dryer since the air dryer within the ensuite is really ridiculous! Again not for a 4 star hotel. We contacted the receptionist to request an adapter and we were told they didn’t had one and when we checked out I was explaining to the receptionist who in all answer told me addios! Yes addios! And good luck to whom enters those doors if you are use to the standards of proper 4-5 star hotel A real pity for those hard working members of the staff

We've been visiting the Caballero for years and have never been disappointed. The food, rooms, and pool are all excellent and attentively run!

Very close to beach and public transport and taxi rank. Staff changed our coffe machine when it didnt work. Nice products in room evey day. Staff helped us as much as possible when we needed it. Very nice large selection on breakfast
