I did not receive a VIP room or service during our stay. Upon checking in, we noticed there was a significant amount of water next to the toilet. The maintenance staff responded and took some towels but never returned with clean ones. Additionally, I didn’t realize that there was no hot water in the bathroom until the next morning, just as I was about to take a shower before checking out.

I stayed here for 5 days and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone! Very clean and the entire staff is very nice. Breakfast is good! I have nothing negative to say and will be staying here for all my future trips!

I like that there's an HEB walking distance. Food is good. Staff was nice to upgrade my room due to noise and smell in the room assigned first.

I stay here all the time, but this time it was very noisy and I had people knocking at my door at night, kids running around making noice at nights and room service was not up to standarda.

The staff and cleanliness was good. Everyone was always nice. Unfortunately there was no internet for us and other families on 3rd floor for 2 of 5 days. They told us they got a lot of complaints on internet for third floor but finally fixed finally on third day. Also, the breakfast buffets were done very poorly. Didn’t matter what time we went down, everything empty and not well prepared. Would take 15 min to refill. French toast was usually burnt pan Bimbo with a pound of sugar just thrown in top. Very disappointed in breakfast options and preparedness.

The AC was out the whole week.
