There was nothing to like about this property

The lady at front desk had an attitude, very rude

While the price was budget. Holes in the walls, door security latch of first room broken. First night a lot of flies and big spider in room. Water came through ceiling from 2nd floor. Manager provided a second room in a different area of the motel, which was cleaner.

Went with my bestie for a concert,show up to the hotel and want to get ready, NO HOT WATER! At 3pm! I took a freezing cold shower! The room had flys so we spent the first hour hunting and killing flys, there were blood stains on the comforter... but overall i still enjoyed my trip to rochester and would stay again

Smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay.

First gave me a room that was filthy and smelled like crap. Second room had no working tv, third the tv turned on but was told to leave it on my whole stay or it would not come back on. Stayed at the fourth. Whole place is gilded with homeless people paid for by welfare. Only people that would stay there. Red Roof is becoming trash. Apparently corporation doesn’t care.

Filthy and dirty rooms and beds. Very disappointed.

It was good, but continental breakfast would be nice.

There is hot water for a shower, and the door is not safe. The room phone is connected.

Do not stay here! I have never been to an actual crack hotel, but this is as close as I could imagine. The first room had sewer flies in the bathroom, when I went back to the front desk, they gave me another room that was not made yet but looks just about as bad. The third room had stains all over the walls that had not been wiped or cleaned. We spent about an hour trying to convince ourselves that it would be OK for one night before we found another hotel and left.

Run down comparitively speaking but consistent with price. Good location.

Served its purpose. But, not the best accommodations.

Sleeping sheets are quilt dirty, the bed is old and makes noises when you sleep on it, and the bath towel is rough and can be seen from many washes.

I like that the cost was very reasonable!

The room smelled like an ash tray. Dirty floors dirty sink dirty bathroom. So much hair all over the place. Why were the beds damp? Why god why?

Did not feel comfortable around the clientele. Stairs were dirty, sheets on bed were stained, and carpet was dirty. Property needs attention

Wet very dirty room, weed kind of very bad smell. People are blocking driveway
