Clean , lovely place

Amazing breakfast, comfortable beds and we called ahead and got parking. Very close walking to everything.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from most of the touristic areas. Room was small for four people especially adults. One issue the air conditioning is controlled by the property management and the room was warm and couldn’t sleep well. I recommend the property to change it for each room to have control over the referred AC desired.

Very nice and central location

I stayed in the single bed room. It was a bit tiny but was clean and comfortable for one night. I liked the breakfast buffet very much. They had a variety of fresh juices. The location was also very good. 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar and 15 minutes walk to Santa Cruz neighbourhood.

Great stay, good location, close to everything!

The location was perfect, everything is within walking distance. The room were clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I liked the staff most of all. All friendly, courteous, interactive - even when I wasn’t , as I have bipolar disorder, they all made me feel seen heard and held. I even bought the team a thank you gift as a gesture of good will and gratitude and to somehow give back a little of what they did for me. An excellent choice of hotel and a marvellous example set by the hotel team. Muy bien! :)

Nice place clean and the location is very convenient

I had a lovely stay here with my mother. A few minor things but the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a convenient location and I felt really safe here. The air con was incredible - this was a huge concern so I couldn’t be more thankful that it was working AND easy to navigate. Thank you to all the staff, I would definitely stay here again when I re-visit Seville!

Perfectly located. Nicer than expected for the price! Very quiet, clean, safe, walkable to sites. This was a very nice property. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing. Clean and very helpful staff. Room was always tidy up and ready each day. We stayed with 2 children and they were very comfortable in bunk beds. Breakfast was Beyond excellent we looked forward to all the delish and healthy options. AC was big problem on the top floor ( I think it was 3rd) because that floor was not as insulated as the floors below so it was hot and the AC could not cool enough in the very hot June weather, family staying in the other floors were perfectly cooled. So ask for lower rooms. Other than that inconvenience I would totally go back knowing this. It was a lovely little hotel and VERY helpful staff.
