The "Breakfast area lacked seating ans was severely deficient in what was offered as food and beverage

EXCELLENT front desk service and nice room. Everything was clean and location is central with easy access for dining/shopping. Just off Hwy 97. Next to fire hall but area was quiet. Their swimming was out of commission so I gave a slightly lower rating for amenities but hot tub and sauna were great. No comparison to a hotel I stayed at last week for the same price. I will definitely come again and recommend.

Great place to stay with good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and breakfast was really good for a ‘light breakfast’. The hotel is a little on the worn side, as it’s old, but the general experience makes it a very good hotel to stay in.

The hotel looks a bit tired looking and in need of a facelift. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great for downtown Kelowna

The only downside to this property is no elevator and as we were on 3rd floor it becomes more tiring each time you go up or down. All staff are very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located and very central to restaurants, shopping etc

Let travellers know there is no elevator at this 3 story property. The stairwells are very narrow and it’s difficult to haul bigger suitcases and things up and down the stairs.

Room had been renovated with a huge big screen tv. Nice bed linens, very clean, comfortable. Convenient to restaurant across the parking lot and others eithin walking distances.

Still as expected after 20 years of staying. Always meets our needs.

Unfortunately, that will be the last time I stay at this hotel. I specifically requested the quietest room possible and ended up with the noisiest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with in a room directly above me. They were making noise as well after midnight. I complained to staff, but nothing changed and even considered moving hotels at midnight so I could at least try to sleep. The facilities are old and in need of updating and quite frankly is not worth what I was charged.

Overall a nice experience

Dated building. Run and toilet are yellow from the 1970’s. But everything clean and I’m working order. My room looks out onto a sun deck… not at the same level though. I would be looking at people’s feet. Can’t have curtains open due to this. And the window mount AC in the wall is locked on 71F. Can not adjust the cooling temp on the wall mount thermostat or on the AC unit itself. Not good. Would like colder at night. Can’t speak on the continental breakfast yet. I think a bit overpriced here but it will work for the night.

The lady at the front desk was very kind, professional and helpful. Her positive attitude and energy is a rarity these days. The rooms and facilities were clean. Beds are comfy. The bathroom needs updating but is in perfect working order. We would stay again.

Staff were lovely and helped my situation, although I had made the mistake while booking. The place is definitely showing it’s age. Some new carpet or flooring would make a big difference. The continental breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices. Thanks again for the nice stay.
