Tired property. Terrible restaùrant staff. Unresponsive. Inept. Very few speak English or know what "tea"; "milk"; or "ice" mean. This in an international chain. The eateries are mediocre and grossly overpriced. Cheapest wine bottle at one is €120, for a €15 bottle. Shower didn't drain properly. Disappointing overall, given the beautiful location.

Excellent service and staff. This year restaurant quality was much better.

The swimming pool is massive and very nice to swim in.

Every thing about Kempinski Barbaros was great, specially the staff and the location. I loved it weather was great.

Nice property great staff very good service. Rooms are older and dated but overall had a great stay very nice place for families or privacy.

Of al my travels and hotels I stay at, this is on my very top 5 list. The entrance to the hotel is very safe and secure they monitor any taxis or cars that come in and register their information. The staff is beyond helpful and the nicest you can meet. I had unreasonable requests throughout my stay and they helped with all of them. The rooms are clean with a breathtaking view, and all that you need. The food, especially breakfast, is gourmet style and very tasty. The drinks and cocktails are very good too. And the staff will be attentive to your preferences and avoid or add them the next day. I definitely would come back here when I am in bodrum next. Thanks to all the incredible staff, especially Mr. Sami Mr. Mevlut, and Ms. Alessandra. If I were the hotel manager, I’d give every member of the staff a hefty raise :)

Been there before nice views for £890 a night stay didn’t expect dust in rooms service in dinning room slow lots of bird poo on balconies around restaurant and rooms should of been cleaned daily

We spent 10 nights at the hotel just after it reopened for the season. The staff are delightful, so helpful and all keen to make our stay memorable. The beach is great and the sea beautifully clear, although very cold, [refreshing!] We will definitely go back soon.
