Pretty good service and the hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel is a little tired and the hallway smelt a little musty.

As usual I didn’t want to leave! Everything so comfortable and for me as a solo traveler I feel very safe. Very convenient for Kingston shops or a bus journey to Richmond or Hampton court.

Outstanding hotel, fantastic staff. Having parking onsite is a real bonus. Breakfast is superb, as is their evening meals if you decide to dine in. Only had a few small observations really, none of which I mentioned, but probably should have (terribly British!). The plug in the basin didn't work, the plug in the shower was blocked with hair and slow to drain (I cleaned it as it was overflowing) and the extractor fan needs a good clean as covered in dust...small details and none that would stop me recommending this as a place to stay. But the staff - incredible. Caring, polite, friendly and cheerful whatever the time of day. A real credit to the business. Will be back for sure. Thanks for the great stay.

Really lovely. The room was great and we appreciated the little touches like real coffee and the shower having two options rather than just the usual waterfall thing where it's hard to avoid getting your hair wet! We only had breakfast rather than staying for dinner but the food we did have was great. Bonus points for windows that actually open for real fresh air. It's about half an hour's walk from Hampton Court, mostly in a straight line. My only criticism: 1) they didn't seem to care about recycling and 2) they were advertising Christmas stuff on an incredibly hot day in August. Give it a rest until autumn, guys!

Really nice place to stay. Room was fine for 1 night- a bit small for a deluxe family room. Breakfast included was a great bonus and I really liked that we had a breakfast menu plus pastries, cereals and cheese board. We used as a base to travel to Chessington and had a nice walk along the thames as well as dinner in Kingston and some shopping. Staff were all really nice, friendly and efficient.

Menu didnt have many options. Manager didnt say goodbye or ask if we. Enjoyed itt staff freindlier to some people more than others breakfast lovely been to freindlier hotels room lovely and warm shower great could not use bath stuff too hard to press had to buy our own could have had abit of entertainment waitresses never once asked were we enjoying our stay didnt seem interested maybe its cause we are from the north so more freindlier all in all a good stay just not perfect

The hotel had a stunning rooms, beautifully fragrant Bramley products even pillow spray. Luxurious coffee pods for coffee machine. Comfortable bed. Charming and cosy place. Staff are nice. Breakfast was good. Lovely colourful beer garden. Our third stayed there.

We loved the hotel, very comfortable and a great location. The staff at check-in and at dinner were excellent and the vegan food was absolutely superb. We only marked them down as the main light in the room wasn't working and the lamp by the mirror had no bulb in it so it was a bit dark for trying to see in the mirror to get ready, and the receptionist in the morning was quite dismissive when we mentioned the lack of light and just kept repeating that they already knew about it. Well if they knew about it, why on earth hadn't they replaced the missing bulb in the lamp at least?!?!
