The location was very convenient. The hotel is old so there’s only 1 person allowed in the elevator at a time. They stop the elevator at certain times of the night so we had to carry our luggage down 3 floors to leave for the airport at 6am. The only fan they provided us was broken so we had to slept with the windows open for a cool breeze. The staff were very friendly though and it looks decent. I’m not that picky with hotels but if you are then I wouldn’t recommend. It worked out for the 3 nights my husband and I stayed in Copenhagen.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM On my Last day some staff member opened the door of my room and burst In (the door I had locked the night before and was still locked when I went to the bathroom 25minutes before this happened).. Asked If I needed anything and when I said "" no? Why did you Come to my room?"" They just said "" oops"" and left.. When I told about this to the person working In the reseption they said that they were sorry and that it has never happend before.. Then offered me free breakfast but breakfast time had ended and it was my Last day there so that wouldve been useless and then She just said that no can do and signaled me to leave.. When I checked In on the first day there was a Man at the desk complaining about the same thing happening to him and the manager said that it has happened never before.. Which I highly doubt.. On both evenings there was also loud bassy music heard thru the walls.. So DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM

Good breakfast, but pricey in the hotel restaurant. The elevator is not reliable - failed to work every other day.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! The lobby is so nice and cute, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are small and only have a bed, some storage, and a bathroom (no fridge, tv etc). So if you're traveling and do not plan on being in your room that much, this is a perfect spot for you.

Great service! My flight was delayed not getting in until very late, they immediately reached out with instructions on how to check in. Very helpful and accommodating. Traveling solo, i felt safe and welcomed. Will definitely return.

Great location and within walkabout distance to major attractions and eating options

Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was clean, in a great location, comfortable, quiet and filled with friendly staff. Everything was walkable - the waterfront, the metro, the shops. Great price for such a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my least favorite hotel in my 17 day European trip. Hotel is very average. Beds are soft enough but bathroom does not look clean (trash basket was not empty and shower would not drain water fast enough). On top of that, do not get there late because they will turn off elevator from midnight to 7 am. I have traveled A LOT in my life and this is the first time that I find a hotel doing this. On the other hand, it is very well located, close to main plaza, water channel and plenty of restaurants. Stay there as last resort.

One step above a hostel and one step below a motel. Ordinarily I would have found another hotel upon seeing my room. However, I couldn’t really complain after reviewing what I paid for it. You definitely get what you pay for. The location is phenomenal & the sheets seemed to be clean. For a 1 or 2 night stay it is manageable.

The room has the bare minimum - two beds but a single night stand, no mirror, no amenities whatsoever. It is so dark (single light bulb with dark blue painting) that it took us several hours to realise there was a wardrobe, which has no light in it either. I had to use my flashlight to find my clothes. The bathroom had an artificial plant covered in dust - selective cleaning apparently. The soundproofing was inexistant, we could hear everything happening in the corridor, especially slamming doors.

Good location and the building is nice and modern, but the bed and pillows were not really comfortable and the is a lot of noise all night long (and even more in the morning) because of deliveries. I would recommend earplugs for sure. The room and was okay (2 small beds in our case) but very hot. We were happy to see a ventilator since there was no AC. The hotel is closed to many restaurants and services. You can go for a swim close by. You have a major metro station at maybe 8-10 min on foot. The hotel rent bikes, so that is fun! Overall a good choice because of the price but not overly comfy.

Staff was great and room was small but good. Lift was broken for 1 of 2 days of our stay. Noise by partiers on street lasted into early morning hours.
