The staff are absolutely awesome. The facility is clean but my room had no AC for my entire stay. When I complained to the manager, she came up and pretended that she had it fixed, but nothing happened. I couldn’t sleep for my entire stay there due to the high temperature. It was absolutely miserable for nearly $1000 per night. Everything else was ok. Just the lack of AC is a problem. It absolutely destroyed our vacation there

Excellent hotel with delightful privat swimming and hot tub pool. Wonderfully calm environment, delicious breakfast buffet. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short 10min walk from nearest town Minori (with ferry links to Amalfi, etc) Would come again any time.

We stayed in lemon apartment and it was simply amazing. EVERY employee here went above and beyond... AMAZING customer service and very convenient. Food was fairly priced and high quality. My kids LOVED the fries calling them the best in the world. Burger was yum... pizza was well done although my kids didn't love pesto on top. Staff was among best on trip.

Staff was super helpful and the stay was so relaxing and beautiful.

Wonderful people

Beautiful property on the coast below Ravello. Has complimentary breakfast, a great restaurant, and a lovely beach club that serves food and has a swimming area. Staff very friendly, and it’s such a dreamy location! We walked to the village of Minori for dinner one night-adorable (although a little tight with the small roads). Doable and worth it though. Also enjoyed the ferries-and loved our down day of relaxation here!

Amazing property. Staff is top notch. Amenities are perfect. I couldn’t ask for better. If staying in Amafi it is the best, swimming right off the property with ocean views . Restaurant has excellent food. Shuttle service reliable and easy.

Very nice property with beautiful views of the sea. Close to town but need transportation as the streets are narrow and difficult to walk.

We spent 2 days at this wonderful & unique hotel. The staff was exceptional! The view from our room was amazing. Just outside Amalfi, this was a perfect location. One of the best breakfast out of all of the places we stayed in our 2.5 week trip in Italy. Great dinner. Great bar. Great staff.

The room was small and the entire facility needs to be updated. It is was supposedly an upgrade. The shower was tiny and the room was the worst we have stayed in. Staff was nice

The shuttle service to pick up from the port is ver limited

The fact that the hotel was on the water was spectacular. Nothing close by and taxis very expensive, the only downfall.
