Very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent and friendly front desk staff spoke English very clearly. Clean, comfortable, nice stay. Recommend to anyone traveling this area.

Service was excellent, the restaurant food was great!

The customer service is spectacular but there were numerous issues with the room. This was my third time staying at this specific location and never seen it this bad!!! Now I have to find a different place in Arezzo 😩😩

It was ok for economical business stay. Clean but a lot of worn out equipment. Looks more like 3star then 4 star. No a big deal thou. Reception clerks are very polite and friendly- big plus in my opinion. AC present as advertised but hardly works. Mostly circulates as a fan, Opening windows at night somewhat helps. If you sensitive to temperature - look for something else. AC is really a just fan!

The customer service is what keeps me coming back, this was my second visit and they remembered me. If this hotel ever gets renovated it will be the best in the area

I cannot put into words how great the customer service is with all staff I interacted with during my stay. The staff makes up for the horrible parking lot and the out dated rooms. If you are looking for excellent customer service this is the hotel.

Friendly employees, comfortable,clean room and good breakfast.

It's an older hotel. Air conditioning wasn't working consistently. Breakfast was surprisingly good and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed 3 nights and the room was pleasant enough after I got them to fix the shower which was loose. The staff were helpful and doing their best. The food was average. We had breakfast, and dinner from the buffet one evening.

A hotel far off the city center, a quiet place to stay but inconvenience to get around if you don't have a vehicle. a location in the commercial district, next to a car dealer/service and a gas station. don't expect luxury but service are good and room is clean.

My choice for a valuable offer

The hotel is quite well located for both touring the countryside & walking into the town which takes about 30 minutes. Car parking is very convenient in front with additional spaces at the rear. Anna on reception is very helpful assisting with touring idea's speaking excellent English. Good breakfast.

This hotel was a 30 min walk to the walled city. On Saturday night their restaurant was not open and there was nothing in the vicinity that could pass for a restaurant. Signage to the hotel was poor.

We stayed here because we had a car & the hotel has a free car park. However this means the hotel is quite far from the town centre. Decor is a bit cheap but room was comfortable enough. Definitely not 4 star though!!

while temps were hot & staff is wonderful,hotel's age is showing.A/C was not working in many rooms. Water pressure is very low. Burn marks in carpets & stains in chair fabrics. Again staff is wonderful but hotel needs major renovations beyond cosmetics

Very friendly desk service. Rooms are older and we had to change rooms as the first had brown water running out of the hot water in the bathroom sink and the light was out. Lobby and restaurant were much newer and the food was great. It is a fair walk to the old city but interesting. It suited our one night stay.

This is a very nice Hotel. The only thing is it is far away from the center of town. To far to walk. Buses quit running early and hard to get a cab. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Was able to have WIFI with a low charge. Some english was spoken.

Colazione ottima, letti comodi e stanze molto belle. L'unica pecca che il ragazzo alla reception ci aveva detto che la cena a buffet servita in hotel non aveva bisogno di prenotazione ma in realtà alle 19.30 era già tutto prenotato. Ci dovrebbe essere più attenzione nel dare le informazioni.

Camera piuttosto Vecchia, impianto di areazione rumoroso per tutta la notte. La struttura non è un 4 stelle
