When we went it was dirty it was under Construction but dos not have a elevator we had hard time taking stuff upstairs and my mom was handicap

Room wasn’t clean, never had towels in the room even after it was cleaned, tv didn’t work, water damage everywhere, and there were cockroaches all over the outside of the property.

This was my second time staying there. Mandy checked us in and she was so nice. We stayed in room 707 and the view so very nice! The room was comfortable and the AC was cold. However the thermostat needs to be upgraded. We visited the bar on the 11th floor and the view was awesome! Aly the bartender, recommended some restaurants away from the tourist area. We self parked and we had no issues. The breakfast was good and they had a decent selection of food items. Overall a great stay!

Staff is friendly and breakfast is better than most hotels . I’ve stayed here several times.

Very nice room and staff. This is a beautiful little town and the hotel is a quick walk to the beach!

There were no towels had to request from reception bath tub didn’t have no slip guards, breakfast was poor, dried eggs trash in area was overflowing wasn’t dumped receptionist at check in very nice helpful and knowledgeable

First time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Room was clean and spacious enough. The mini split AC kept the room cold which was a plus! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good; can’t go wrong with waffles for us. The breakfast seating area is limited though. The only complaint: the ceiling of the bathroom in the room we stayed needs a good touch-up.

Overall our experience not satisfactory … Property surroundings not maintained properly, Breakfast options not good… not enough place to sit for…

I have always had a good experience at this hotel but on this trip I asked for a noon checkout on August 14th/15th only to have three different hotel employees pounding on my foot at 11:30 and the front desk girl acting all bossy. I was very disappointed in the front desk person working the morning of August 15th.

The hotel was ok, just needs a little work it looks old and noticed the carpet looked old and some areas had stains. It needs a water hose or an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand. Staff was nice and helpful when needed.

The rooms are spacious for 6 people. The breakfast is pretty good too. I would suggest for you to bring your own shampoo and body wash or soap as they provide the little tiny shampoo and it is not enough for everyone.

Room was good. Carpet in hallway was pretty dingy, but traffic was high. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast better than most and the area was clean. Coffe good. We didnt get bath sized towels, probably because the pool area uses them up but we made do. Could have asked for some.

The hotel is poorly kept. Halls were dirty and our room bathroom was not clean. Refused to let my family walk around without shoes on.

The room smelled bad, the mattress was ripped up, the desk chair was stained and looked like it had never been cleaned. We didn’t stay our last night because it was too dirty.
