Overall a grimy, noisy location.

Room looked newly painted. Toilet seat was very loose and base of cold water valve was also loose. Don’t know how cleaning staff could miss this. Breakfast was good with a selection of biscuits and gravy, plus make your own waffles.

The hotel is in fair/poor condition. Room was relatively clean, but had seen a lot of prior use. Not everything worked. Also, somewhat small. Much too expensive for the mediocre value.

The room was clean and serviceable. The breakfast was very good.

Other than the lobby remodel and noisy street it was a comfortable stay

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot into! The door to the room wasn’t even latched - just sitting open when I arrived. There was a bug on the pillow and bugs on the heater/ac unit. It was 1000 degrees in the room. Very dirty, dingy, gross! I went back to the front desk (stood there forever both times to be helped). Told her of the issues and she gave me another room. (Again on the 3rd floor, which is apparently where the 3rd party bookers get stuffed??) Again, dead bugs on floor, hole in bathroom door, chair is all ripped up, hair on floor in entry and bathroom floor dirty. The worst part is, I can’t get a refund! And I’ve driven 16 hours today, so can’t go further. I will never stay at this DIVE again! Stay clear of this place! I wouldn’t even shower or walk without shoes on in this room. It was that bad.

I was surprised that local residents had to pay a cash deposit. But it was returned at check out.

I believe that they have fairly new owners because they are updating a bunch of things. We had to switch rooms twice because the first one was down some stairs and i cant do stairs, and the second one hadnt been cleaned properly, but the third room was great with newer floor and bathroom sink. It said it came with a free breakfast wich it did somewhat- it consisted of waffles and english muffins, dinner rolls, and biscuits and gravy- no protien like eggs or breakfast meats.

I stayed at the this motel because of location to family. The place was clean, but old.upgrade were on progress but not complete. First room tv, and phone did not work. Staff promptly gave me a new room. Second room was clean, however there was no maid service in the room during my stay, 4 nights. The beds were terrible, one you could feel the springs the other was so soft it bent you in half. Parking was an issue during the daylight hours as they were roofing the building. My key cards had to be programmed everyday as they would quit working.

Breakfsat option was nice. Our room looked newly renovated but still smelled like paint. 1 functioning washer and 1of 2 dryer did not completely dry clothes, lots of condensarion when I opened the door. Vent hose maybe clogged. I had to spend another $2 for the other dryer. Bed was comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay here. They are renovating and the room we had this time the facet began leaking. They did however fix it. Otherwise it was great

Our room was great. Except that there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker, and no extra coffee pods. And not enough towels. Otherwise our stay was really good!

For what they are charging you would expect more than just muffins and bagels for breakfast. Roof crew starting banging on the roof at 7am. Shower head needs to be replaced. There are alot of other choices in the area for the same price.

Fine place to stay on our journey

Staff was awesome - friendly and helpful. There were issues with the card keys for the room. I was only there 2 nights, and had to have the card keys replaced 3 times, but staff were very responsive and acknowledged what was apparently an ongoing problem. They offered free breakfast from 6am-10am. First morning I went in at 9:45, but they had already shut it down and were mopping the floors. 2nd morning they had biscuits and gravy, but the biscuits tasted "off". Also I wanted cream in my coffee, but the first two little creamer cups were chunky, and no way was I going to drink that. There was already a cup of coffee sitting there with chunky cream that someone had left.
