Great sized room with separate living room. Easy parking. Ideal location for getting the bus into town. Pool was great even in October! But most of all the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Room was a great size but very tired and could do with updating. Neither the safe not the tv worked. Wasn't a problem as we were only staying for one night.

After an initial disaster at a "centrally" located hotel around Lake Como, this Hotel was a godsend. Wonderfully comfortable bed, cool A/C (heatwave at the time - our other hotel had NO A/C) and modern bathroom with powerful shower. Rooms were quiet despite hotel being quite full, and blackout blinds meant a great night sleep. We even managed to have a swim in the pool. The hotel is in a suburban setting with not much around so you will definitely need a car. There is a restaurant serving lunch and dinner (although we only had breakfast which was very good - if you enjoy Italian style sugar and caffeine breakfast). Cakes, coffee and pastries. Town of Varese is 10 minute drive and worth a short stop with interesting sights and eating options. The hotel was perfect for our 1 night stopover.

Easy check in, great breakfast selection. Parking on sight and rooms were nice and spacious. Some renovations are needed as our bathroom wasn’t in the greatest condition and the shower door was hanging off. Not soaps provided, I bring my own but if anyone doesn’t. Decent kitchenette size. I didn’t like that rooms are located next to outdoor exits and easy enough for people to access even though they are located. It is a little ride to the hotel from the highway. Still my experience and service was good. I recommend this place as it is affordable, spacious with parking, breakfast, and good service. I would stay again.

Room was big and comfy enough, shower doors didnt exatly keep all the water in but just being picky. I did have my do no disturb on the front door, staying for 3 nights so dont need towles of sheets changing & removed complications if something goes missing, however each day dispite asking personally the room was cleaned each day breakfast was alright with enough choice, friendly staff. shame the pool was outside in the winter and no kettle / coffee in the room, cant understand the 4 star rating. I would stay again if i was in the location now my expectations have been reset

Nice pool. Limited kitchenette facilities, although staff were great in providing equipment when asked. Room was just about OK for a family of 4 but only because we were out most of the time. Location was really good for the lakes (by car) and Milan (by train).

This hotel is charming and full of character. It provides an authentic Venetian experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will plan to stay again when in the area.

Breakfast was fantastic. But the hotel room was quite shabby and worn for a 4*. The gym was similar too.

Extreme bad property rooms are very small and stuffy hardly anything for breakfast and the waiters literally shout at u if u eat past 10 am .The bathrooms are in deplorable condition when you take a shower the water leaks out of the door on the floor .Even travelodge has better services than this .Who gave it a 4 star no clue .

Not a well organized and tidy place, the staff is not very communicative. My girlfriend forgot her shoes in the room, very certain about it, we called after a few days and they didn't pay that much attention, never even asked me what is the name to check on the system the room number, after few costy calls they said we can't find it.
