Food, room and overall service was good but many machines in the gym did not work or were broken and it was not partirularly clean.

Overall i had a very good stay and the staff was very friendly.

They are in the midst of construction with explainers my rating.The key cards for the elevators and rooms had to be reprogrammed constantly.

Property was under renovation but still in great condition.

The hotel was very good, clean, and in good condition, with very competent and friendly staff. The room was medium-sized and adequate. However, there was a lack of hot water in the basin faucet.

All good. Problem with some staff not understanding Spanish or English.

Staff are fantastic - property under renovation. Rooms are fine but tired.

A very good hotel that will be even better once the refurbishment is completed. The unrefurbished rooms are still very comfortable if a little tired. The showers have little water pressure. The gym also needs to be undated. The pool is fine but the loungers are designed to be maximally uncomfortable- they definitely need to be replaced. However, breakfast is excellent. Above all the staff are fantastic. We have stayed many times and will do again when back in São Paulo.
