Very centric hotel, you can walk to anywhere. Excellent value to price. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located, half a block from Serrano. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast is very good and complete. Rooms and bathroom are of good size and comfortable. However the hotel needs to be refurbished. The lobby furnishings are old and in bad shape. The walls and carpet in the hallways in the bedroom floors are very worn out, scratched and peeled off. The tiles to the elevator are cracked, etc.

Very friendly staff. A little strange there was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea & coffee, although you could help yourself to free drinks in the lobby from 13.00 - 23.00. We stayed here for the Half Marathon and the location was perfect. Nice shops & restaurants nearby.

Very nice property. The breakfast was wonderful.

The property was clean. I only wished the restroom had a solid door instead of a glass partition to allow for privacy.

The location of this hotel is perfect and the staff is very friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again bc it doesn’t have air conditioning for several months of the year. We went last week and the weather was nice (60’sF) but the room was very hot. Couldn’t sleep for even an hour. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
