Wonderful hotel near Zurich. Very close to the beautiful Zurich lake. Commute to Zurich very easy, unexpansive and convenient. Train station just in front of the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a Zurich trip, directly opposite train station. Two rooms connected for our family of 4. Big rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast and balcony in breakfast room overlooking lake. Used many times and happily use again.

I didn’t like that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms. It gets really hot when the sun rises. The people were pleasant and baby friendly.

We were so happy and charmed by this stay. The view of the lake from our balcony was beautiful and calming. The location is convenient right by the train station, but somehow on our balcony all we could hear were the sounds of the birds and the breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. The dinner here was excellent, and the staff were friendly. We will gladly return someday. Danke schön!

We loved this hotel! It's the ideal place to rest and recover from long flights and jet lag. We had large sliding doors overlooking the street. The thick soundproof glass kept the room quiet. The hotel bar has snacks and light meals most the day and evening with outdoor seating. It's a very easy walk to the train station and lake. Thalwil is a pleasant small city near the Wilderness Park and the lake with lots of restaurants, some quite good. There's reasonably priced parking right on the hotel's lower floor. Staff is friendly and bilingual.

The hotel is right opposite to the train station, it's very convenient and accessible. We chose a room with lake view, it's stunning. The staff are friendly, especially Nea from the restaurant, she is very helpful and kind, great customer service ever. She remembered our room number, made my parents welcomed when they have their breakfast early in the day. Even my parents doesn't speak english, Nea tried her very best to look after them. We will definitely come back!

Had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is convenient with on-site parking available, which made things much easier. Great hotel for stopovers or short breaks in Zurich area. We stayed as family of four and had two interconnected rooms. Very clean, very spacious and good breakfast. Right opposite Thalwill railway station for convenience into town. Easy check in/out. No complaints.

Hotel is very clean , receptionist are friendly and helpful . Location is superb , 2 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes walk to the ferry port . The only negative is breakfast , very expensive for what’s on offer ! Very limited choice of bread , fresh fruit and cold options , scrambled egg was so dry and bacons were too oily and fatty . For around £25 per person I was expecting more options and better quality . Otherwise we had a great stay .

A very nice and modern stay. The building is very modern, bathroom is clean and looks almost futuristic, which was kind of different from our previous stays in Switzerland. We enjoyed our night there. There's a minibar and room service is available. Depending on where your room is, the Wi-Fi will be weak and you will lose signal, so we had no internet. You can connect to the Chromecast if you have internet. It was OK since it was just one night. If you are staying for business, I suggest making sure your assigned room will have internet. Parking is easy, plenty of street parking. It's also near the lake, and you can get in a boat to tour the lake if you need to kill time before the check in. The boat tour takes about 2h, you can buy tickets online.

Beautiful modern hotel, close to lake and right on train station. Very easy to get into Zürich or head south for day trips!
