Great stay, hard bed.

24hr check in. Receptionist friendly. Hotel clean room clean only downside no tea making facility in room however the cafeteria accessed from hotel is open 24hrs and had good choices. Parking outside easy and no charge plus fuel station next to Hotel. Great for airport as only 8mins away

They just provided one room key. This dosent allowed us to keep the room cool enough and air conditioner turn off during nigttime without request .

Provides wrong room that is booked. Lack of multilingualism. Bad management. OK for a quick sleep over, not ideal for anything else.

If you come “from” the airport it’s quite close and convenient but if you are “going to” the airport is about 15 min drive because the airport is at the opposite way to the motorway.

The rooms are clean the beds are comfy and the staff are great you can have a laugh with them easy to get along with. Your bins are emptied daily and your bed turned down. I would stay again if I was driving in Spain

The aircon was ineffective and did not cool the room down, there was noise from the restaurant below the room throughout the night which resulted in a very sleepless night . We decided to get up at 06.00 and leave due to the above .

Excellent proximity to airport and 24 hour restaurant absolutely met all our needs.

Just a standard hotel / garage ...nothing there of poor qualities ..beds horrible

I always stay here when I am on a late flight. I come because I am fully satisfied with the hotel

Very nice hotel

Close to ALC airport for early departures. Spotlessly clean. Very reasonable prices. Pleasant staff. Rooms large with comfortable bed though no wardrobe or drawers This is for a late arrival - sleep - then head to airport. Anymore than that can be frustrating. This is essentially on a services station off the highway. There is NOTHING else around. To get to the airport or the local town you have to drive about 8 minutes to the next junction and turn back on yourself to head up the other side of the highway.

Next to the motorway & about 5 minutes drive from the airport. Very handy for a late night arrival or early departure. Good choice of food. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Secure overnight parking available. Also convenient for visiting Elche.

Excellent hotel.

Very clean hotel, basic rooms but also clean and looked after. Dining room choices for breakfast was very poor, suggest you go out to eat, only had long life full cream milk so didn't even have a cup of tea.

Great for stay outside Alicante

It was easy access and surprizingly quiet for being on the highway. Lots of food options in the cafeteria (only had buns and coffee). The only issue was for visiting Alicante having to go a fair distance west in order to go back to the east.

You need a car. Nothing within walking distance off highway. Room was generally acceptable with a couple of issues that need to be considered. Yoy need scissors to open the small gel and shampoo packets. They put us in a handicapped room without warning us. The sink, light switches are obviously low and bit hard d to use standing up. Hard to take a shower without water Spilling all over the floor. We stayed a single night, so overall it was OK.
