AC working, nice staff, convenient location

Shower not working, charged extra for 3rd guest. Despite that, clean room, spacious, but with a very narrow window to a another building wall.

I booked two rooms for three of us. I confirmed with hotel about this. At check in, Iwas charged for the 3rd guest. When i showed my, concern about the extra payement, the receptionist response was a bit unprofessional (i would say with kind words).One of the rooms, the complementary bottle of water was missing and the sh ower did not have water. Reported to reception, but no apology was given, neither a small gesture for the problem. I assume rooms are checked after every departure , but now i think they did not. Despite these issues, tle toom was clean and the chsmbermaids were very kind (the only ones giving farewell with "hoping see you soon again"

Noisy in the morning with smoking people rummaging thru trash below our windows. Lastly the air-conditioning didnt work.

Perfect location and great facilities. Vlad at reception was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the air conditioning could use a little attention as it wasn’t blowing cold air. The Nespresso coffee in the room was a great touch. Overall, excellent value for money.

WI-FI was intermittent. You can not depend on it if you are planning to use the internet. Otherwise, great location and clean.

Good location, double-paned windows kept city noise to a minimum. Nice staff.

Room was a good size, clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good location, easy walking distance to the centre and several sights.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Needs updating. Room was clean but there was mould in the shower and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Bin bags left around the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely interior decor. This hotel is a deal gem, walking distance from the old town with lots of great bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the small and well stocked hotel bar and wine cellar was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely look at staying here again on a trip to Bucharest.

Overall, a lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights in a “cosy” room, although we didn’t quite realise this meant having just two tiny windows, so the room felt a little dark, especially with the dim lighting. Our room was also above an area where workers seemed to gather, which made it a bit noisy at times with them calling out to each other. The room itself was clean and fairly spacious. However, there was no kettle, and we were told to use the coffee machine instead. This wasn’t ideal for a non coffee drinker, as it was quite confusing to use, and when we did manage to figure it out, it leaked everywhere and still left a strong coffee taste. That said, the location was excellent, just a short walk from the old town, and overall we enjoyed our stay. I would happily stay again, though next time I would probably choose a different room type.

The hotel is a small hotel, but was perfect for my needs. I didn't try the breakfast but the bar seemed nice and had an excellent stock. The highlight was the staff, particularly the colleague who was on reception when I arrived at 3 am, having had a flight delay. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was exactly the right amount of happy. The one thing I would say is that the immediate area round the hotel (a couple of minutes walk) is not particularly touristy, so if you prefer to be closer to the action this may not be your hotel.

Rooms are very basic but the free sauna was incredible. Location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very small and needed renovation, bed was very uncomfortable
