Need AC ,

We chose this hotel primarily for its location, which offers numerous shopping and dining options. The staff is wonderful—very friendly and helpful! The room size is spacious, but it could benefit from renovations. The closet doors are difficult to open and frequently come off their tracks. Additionally, there aren't enough cabinets or drawers for our belongings, which was an issue since we were staying for a few days. The carpet in the room should either be replaced or vacuumed daily. Unfortunately, when I booked the reservation, I didn't check if the room had a heating and air conditioning unit, which is definitely needed.

Extremely happy with this hotel. Spent a month in parque 93 area and this was the best experience. A great room, excellent location, good variety for breakfast, great bed.

Beds weren't too comfortable, 2nd floor bedroom could hear all the music from the restaurant below starting at 630am till late at night

Great hotel overall—clean, modern, and very well situated in Parque de la 93 with lots of restaurants, cafes, and things to do nearby. The on-site restaurant is excellent. However, one major downside: no A/C. It’s surprising that it isn’t advertised, and Bogotá is no longer as cool as it used to be—A/C is a must for international travelers. Other than that, everything was great and I’d recommend it if you don’t mind the lack of air conditioning.

The personnel is very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are more spacious than average. The breakfast offerings are very varied and good quality.

Un buen hotel. Buena ubicación y seguridad. Como punto de mejora al momento de limpiar las habitaciones el personal debe asegurarse no falte papel higienico entre otros artículos similares. No esperar que el huesped tenga que solicitarlos y mejorar la limpieza de los pisos, al igual que cambiar las sabanas al momento de la limpieza.

The towels are so old, that they disintegrate upon use. The room service service, is very poor

Great hotel in an excellent location. Compared to other hotels in the area tho it was a little small and disorganized. This mattered more because we had a small child with us on our stay.
